Twist

by k   Jul 7, 2006

I twist in the grip of a
vengeful Grasp,
Holding me back,
Stifling cries
Lies pull me closer
Deceit binds me fast
Sugered with promises too good
To last

A balance shifts
You're violent again
Twisting, your strength insists I Feel bolts of white pain

Fire in your eyes clouds misty steam
With my tears
Confusion and rage stream rivers of fear

Blood on my wrist trickling nails down my back
Echoes in hallways. I cannot look Back

Running, always running...it's hard to resist, exquisit pain
Each time that you
Twist
