My Daughters- LJT '01

My two daughters
how beautiful they are
I'm amazed the short time
it took to come this far

I've watched them grow
from tiny to teen
and tried to guide them
in which way they lean

They've made mistakes
as I knew they would
but, they're trying to grow
and make their life good

I don't control them
I just try to guide
they make their choices
and they know I've tried

My job isn't done
I took it for life
I will always be there
in good times and in strife

They're not perfect
and never will be
yet I love my daughters...
always and unconditionally
