You wish

You see a star in the sky,
you wish at night you wouldnt cry,
and when that wish doesnt come true,
you realise god doesnt listen to you,

you find a penny,
and pick it up,
but for some reason you still have bad luck,

find a four leaf clover in the ground,
and more crying is all you found,

so you realise these myths arnt true,
because bad luck is all that follows you,
but for some reason you still have hope,
hope that one day you can just cope.
