New and Familiar Love

This new love that has found me has been exciting.

You have cherished everything that i have done and said to you.

I said I love you quite quick, but for some odd reason you seemed to be very familiar to me.

I have dreamed of someone like you for quite a long time so when I met you, I was very comfortable with saying, I love you so quickly.

We have shared many great moments together in a short period of time,

but this short period of time feels like a life time to me because I have been waiting for you my whole life.

When time goes by and we become an old couple,

I will look back and remember all the things we've done and all the times you have helped me through everything,

and then look at where we are at that moment and know that things just kept on moving up from day one.
