Four More

by autumngoodbyes   Jul 10, 2006

Once for the hurt
Twice for the blood
Three times for the tears
Four more than I should

You left me here alone
Standing in the rain
You never should have shown
The cause for all the pain

Once for the hurt
Twice for the blood
Three times for the tears
Four more than I should

Slipping from reality
The world was spinning around
My face felt wet with tears
As I fell onto the ground

Once for the hurt
Twice for the blood
Three times for the tears
Four more than I should

No one to hear my screaming
Hearts breaking into two
It’s an awful dream, I know
But there’s nothing you can do

The hurt is crushing my soul
Shirt soaked in blood
Everything is darkness now
Drowning in this never ending flood

Once for the hurt
Twice for the blood
Three times for the tears
Four more than I should
