My Love

by Insignia   Jul 10, 2006

Like pirates looking for their treasure,
gone aground and wanting to maraud,
like a lonely sailor looking for his heart;
dying under this loves pressure.

Like birds floating through the air,
looking for a worm to eat,
like a calm, smooth summer breeze,
like my hearts eternal flare.

Like a fire left its traces,
oaken burned down, only ashes,
like a lightning with its blinding flashes;
knows my love so many faces.

    WUT a sweet beginning to reach the main idea at the end. A beautiful piece but have another look at words there r some mistakes in the last stanza.
    Love,
