Our Country

Great big fields of green, green, grass,
Wonderful skies of blue,
The ocean's waves crashing down,
Trees with shade for you

The birds that fly with freedom,
The river's creatures swimming about,
Full of fish like, salmon, bass,
And even large trout

We keep tearing down forests,
Building houses everywhere,
Do we really need another hotel,
Or another restaurant over there

Value the beauty of our country,
The colors red, white, and blue,
If the president can make a difference,
Then so can you
