Here I sit, all alone

Such an immense amount

I should've known you lied
That you wouldn't be there

So I sit here in pain

There was a knock at the door
I thought it was you
The one I'd been waiting for

But standing in front of me
Surely was not you
It was someone else
Who said his words were true
