A Journey Of Death

I walk down the street
destination: someplace/nowhere
I care walk forever
for all I care.

Its not like I have friends
who care about me
Or a family
who will just let me be.

So I walk away
not saying a word
& if I did
I probably wouldn\'t be heard.

My long journey begins
as I step out the door.
Its going to be a long trip.
Who knows what I\'m in for?

I walk along the street
& come up to a puddle of water
I look at myself,
(My parents probably wonder)
What has become of their daughter.

I look in the little puddle
I do not see myself but a scared hopeless teen.
She just wants to be noticed,
she just wants to be seen.

I continue on my journey
Now I feel the pain
But nothing can stop me
I wont become insane.

I decide this journey is taking me nowhere,
there is no purpose in life
so now I have to decide
if I should use this knife.

I see a bridge up ahead
I have the perfect plan
If my family wont care from me
I don\'t see who can.

Ill jump off the bridge
& see my way up high
Ill leave behind a note
saying my last goodbyes.

Ill tell them my reasons
For taking my life away
& leave them an apology
For all my yesterdays.

Ill tell them its for the best
Its better for my up here
Ill tell them not to worry
That Ill always be near.

Ill end the note
with a anger-filled goodbye
for it was my family
who always made me cry.

I put my plan to action
It worked just as I planed.
Now I\'m finally away
From this betraying land.

Now my journey has ended
Its over, its finally done.
& I will forever rest in peace
For I have finally won.
