Dreamer

How do you want this journey to end?
With a knife slipping slowing, keeping it, as your only friend?

How do you want you're life to be remembered?
As a kid who tried his best, but the beat stopped inside his chest?

How do you want you're memories to live?
When you're old inside you're cabin,
Remembering your life as young Aladdin?

How do you want your life to go on,
From this moment forward.
Wishing to rewind rather than fast-forward?

I know we're all are a dreamer,
Trying to escape this reality,
But the fact is, It's true,
The fact is,
It's real,
And as much as we sit here,
And try and contemplate out existence, and fade away into a fantasy
We'll still be that dreamer
We'll still want our dreams to come true

And they'll never come true,
until we realize,
that the fact is,
To have faith in your dreams and someday,
Your rainbow will come smiling through
