The idea of a phone booth is very well done - i especially like your description of glass walls - something that signifies a meaning far deeper.

i like the description of "heaven's tears' also

just a small suggestion - there are a few places in the poem that are very long and would add more meaning if split into two lines.

Very Sad and very sweet. I didn't like the long lines because i felt they interupted the flow, but it is a great poem which has a lot of sadness and your language was well used. keep it up.
