My First Love..

Haven't felt this pain in a while,
Sitting at home, your numba on redial,
Just need to hear your voice, the sound,
Because i'm slipping.. slowly about to hit the ground.

I need you here with me before i drop,
Because when i'm with u.. i feel at the top,
You make me feel like i'm floating on air,
All because your smiling, standing there.

At times i wonder why you stick with me,
But you own my heart, open it up with the key,
Your mine and nothing will change that,
But your not answering my calls, on the floor i'm sat.

I start to panic & wonder,
Then i hear a bang, like thunder,
I look out, to see what it was,
I stand ther speechless, because...

Because the noise i heard, has now broke my heart,
You've taken away all i have, & ripped it apart,
I haven't even a reason to stay here,
He said he'd always be there, so dont ever fear.

Gone.. Forever.. No longer together,
That sound of thunder wasnt the weather,
The car was going too fast,
All my memories flash in my head, from the past.

He's taken away all i live for,
So i run out slamming the door,
To see if he's going to be alright,
But it's too late, he's lost his fight.

I look at the driver, wanting him to die,
It's his fault i couldn't even say goodbye,
It's my boyfriend, he's DEAD!
All the tears come & even more i will shed.

My baby was comig round to see me,
Even tho it was late, two or three,
He didn't answer when i phoned,
He was on his way here, while i sat & moaned.

He's so close 2me.. but yet so far,
It was that man, & his stupid car,
He hit him, at 40miles per hour
Now my boy's covered in blood, lyk he's had a shower.

I never knew it would end this way,
Our anniversary is coming up, 2nd May,
We were coming up to our 1st year,
But no, the driver had hit it into 4th gear.

Speeding along happy as can be,
Not knowing in a minute what he will see,
He's killed a young man,
I bet he wont even get arrested, not even a ban.

He'll walk away free,
Not knowin the pain he's caused me,
Karma - What goes around comes back around,
My baby, got took away, without making a sound.
