People will tell you that you could have anyone
But the one person you want is the one person you cant get

When they like you, but you couldn't love them anymore
Because when you did your life went crumbling to the floor
When your heart is in so many pieces, what way do you go?
When you have to tell yourself every night...no
And when you know all they are going to do is hurt you
But after all they put you through
You know you will always love them, even if you have to wait a life time
And then you realize things will never be fine
But you cant keep them out of your head
All you want is to be left alone in bed
They will always be in the back of your mind
And this poem they can never find
And you will never let anyone this close again
Not after you experienced this kind of pain
Now you don't know who your meant to be
All you need to be is free
So now all you can do is leave them alone
And cry as you walk back home....
