A timeless piece of memories

by hope   Jul 13, 2006

A picture falls from the wall... shatters to the ground.
Pieces scatter on the floor… and are placed all around.

A girl sits in between them…and feels a soothing sensation.
A pad of paper sitsi n front of her… as she finds her inspiration.

A timeless piece is written in red… words flow smoothly together.
Her body weakens as she writes… finally finishing it now and forever.

Slowly her body lays on the floor… red stains spills all around.
Even weaker she has become now… she’s left tortured and bound.

Lifeless she is lying there... eyes as cold as ice
Her soul has left it eternally… her soul has paid its price

In moves those who loved her… they see her lifeless, a decease
Her most loved one picks it up… her most bloody timeless piece

Out loud he reads her words she wrote… of torture and of pain
And they are wounded forever with them… just as she felt in her brain

Time moves on as slowly…as her words said they would
And her memory haunts them forever… knowing to save her they never could
