Missing You

by Poetess Lana   Jul 15, 2006

I'm missing you the way
I did before, only different,
more than ever, like before I
had been possessed.

I'm missing you the way I
did when you weren't mine,
the way I did before I knew you.
Which is strange... why should
I miss somebody I never knew?

Unless I had know you,
at a different time.
It's like the empty space I
had was filled when you came
into my life. It felt
like as soon as I met you,
I knew you were special! I knew!

I knew...

You were different. And
that was okay. Because
I knew that I would
love you, the moment
I met you, and I am missing
you, the way I did before
you were mine.

*This poem is dedicated to my Ravyn... maybe it'll help figure out why we're so close!!! I love you like the twin sister I never had, and you are special to me!!!*
