Bravo

Bravo
Crappy poetry
Broken heart
Jumbled words
That never make sense
Since when did anything make sense?
Messed up teen
Cliche
No one cares
You can't be another emo kid
So you aren't
You are another fake
One that you declare to hate

Bravo
You act your part well
No one knows what you think
Not even your room shows your side
It can't
It isn't your room
It belongs to your parents and friends
Anyone who enters
They own a piece
You can be happy
But you still know there is something missing
Something that shouldn't be there
The only difference is no one else knows

Bravo
You are killing yourself
Suppressing parts into small places
Forcing a smile
Crappy poetry
Hidden where it should be
Would they look at you the same?
Rhetorical question
Everyone knows they wouldn't
It would kill you
So die suppressed or persecuted
Your choice
It's already been made
Put on your face
The stage is calling
You are a professional
The perfect you
You've got your part memorized
Bravo
