Emotions

Sick with fear
Nauseous with pain
Aching with sorrow
Burning with shame

Whispering with despair
Screaming with misery
Speaking with crimson
Yelling with insanity

Pleading for respect
Wishing for release
Begging for forgiveness
Desiring for peace

Crying out understanding
Bleeding out life
Dripping out energy
Tarring out strife

I want so much to be okay
And to learn to live again.
But I can't find out how,
To battle my demons within.

It's not really an intellectual poem, but I am too drained to try to write one so this was they best I got.
