Dear Lauren Hove,

Thank you for the best couple of years,
Hopefully soon there will be no more tears.

Having you as a friend has helped me,
Now, I hope you can see.

I can't picture a day without you,
Those I call friends, I had very few.

I know God is keeping you safe now,
I still do not understand how.

You had so much potential,
And in my opinion it was very influential.

Everything happens for a reason,
I will think about you every month, every season.

You had so many more years to live,
You also had so much love to give.

At least I know now you look down upon me,
Maybe that is why I giggle with glee.

Thank you for the best couple of years,
Hopefully soon there will be no more tears.

You were a really good person,
And I hope that things don't start to worsen.

You will be in my heart, always and forever,
I will never give you up, Never!

    I loved the feelings and attachment in this poem. People can only imagine how hard it can be. You expressed your feelings well. Take care. Good stuff. :)

    Wow, that is so sad. I can only immagine how you must feel/felt. There was a girl at my school who was murdered. Marlee Johnston was her name. I didn't know her well. I was on her soccer team, but... They think the murderer is insane. His name is partic something-er-other. Everyone was bawling their eyes out.
