I know where you went
I know it was hard
Going over seas
Fighting in a war
Not being able to see your family
Or even your friends
People here took you for granted
But i prayed every night
That you would be safe
And return back home
Now your here
I realized that some families
didn\'t get their Herod back
I pray everyday for other families
And for other soldiers
Because i know i was lucky
That you got back home
