Those Emerald Stars

by Macabre   Jul 17, 2006

Twinkling, with a majestic beauty,
you kneel before shimmering emeralds,
and gaze into a face carved from a breeze,
soft refreshing and cool,
those stars in her eyes.

Gleaming with passion, purity,
burning with desire for a companion,
ever so tempting,
you\'ve returned to star gaze,
awestruck, seems like your soul will overflow,
spilling you thoughts, in hushed whisper to the night.
Calmness, like a lake in early morning,
these stars in her eyes.

Formed by shyness, intelligence, and mental strength,
they glitter in the light of the moon,
and shine brightly in the sun,
She\'s like an angel God put on Earth, just for you.
Aflame with serenity, tranquility,
beautifull, these stars in her eyes.

Face caressed by a lovely voice,
Your heart kindled by the bird-like song, her voice,
you\'re warmed by her prescence, it\'s hard to look away.
How you long to get lost once again,
to soar through those stars in her eyes.
Led to her by fate, you find she\'s perfect,
beautiful, smart- but yet you wonder,
oh those stars make you wonder
Is she really for you, or if she\'s on a long term flight,
no time to stop to take you on board.
And oh how those stars, they make you wonder,
those emerald eyes, if she\'s not for you who is?
Confusing, puzzling,
those stars in her eyes.
With a brave heart you make the first steps,
and your heart beats, louder as you draw near,
pounding, sounding,
like bells reaching out over skies, searching for a common ground to reflect on.
Those stars, holding you captive,
not even her body be more tempting to look at.
You took the chance, and you won the hand,
time passes, and love blossoms,
a bond, companionship, a friendship,
you and her, her and you.
Passion grows on you like a tree,
when your love can reach out to the the fruit,
you feel pride, only making it sweeter.

Your flash back ends, and you\'re choking on your words,
she seems to know what\'s coming,
but you\'re still lost in those eyes,
the emerald stars, her eyes,
you ask, and she accepts.
Her, the stars, and you,
living life long together, now as it was,
still the passion, the love,
when you got to kiss, you find them still trapping you,
those beautifull, wonderfull, shimmering,
emerald stars, flared when she says it,
\"I love you too.\"
