Death

It`s bound to happen someday,
Thinking about it constantly,
Pulling me away,
Suicide`s an option,
But what about the people I`d be leaving behind?
Sitting there trying not to cry,
Wishing they could lie down and die,
On the outside I may look alive,
But sometimes I feel as if I`m dead inside,
Being lonely and sad,
Life has gotten so bad,
Feeling so empty and helpless,
Yet people say I`m just being selfish,
Life is short,
And now I feel as if it`s better that way,
Death,
It`s bound to happen someday.

    A very sad poem. But for your first poem I thought you did a pretty good job on it. You could make it a little longer.. Dig deeper into your feelings. I thought the rhymes were good. Except for.. "Sitting there trying not to cry,
    Wishing they could lie down and die" ..I just felt that rhyme seems to be used alot.. And I dunno. It was still a good poem though. Keep it up!! 5/5
