You are like a sister,
also a best friend,
My love is just for you,
and it will never end,

You are also like a mother,
you know it deep inside,
always making me smile,
when I want to run and hide,

You are like an angel,
watching over me,
When I am confused,
you always make me see,

You give me lots of praise,
for all the things I do,
Not many people do that,
but hey, no-one is like you,

I just want to thank you,
cause you always do your best,
You never stop believing in me,
you're better than the rest.

    This is a beautiful poem expressing the love for a friend straight from the heart
    The comparison of a friend to the highest forms of love [ Heavenly, and motherly love] is the highest complement you can give to a friend. A true friend is sometimes rare. A friend that goes above the expectations of a friend is even more rare. Anyway your poem expresses this simply and very well.

    I like this poem as well. The flow was perfect in some parts, and some parts were terribly hard for me to read (haha it's just me lol). 4/5 Great job! =)
