Overcoming my demons

This pain that dwells upon my broken soul
Has taken a bite and now im not whole
The feeling of madness just rises upon me
And i feel like ship that has sunk in dead sea
As my eyes start to close I reveal my pain
What has been kept inside me and made me insane
The closer I get to fading away
The more I need my spirit to stay
The awaking of my blackened heart
Has torn it to pieces and pulled it apart
For what was once a living thriving piece
Has gone and shelted itself from this beast
My mind is empty like a deserted town
My legs are weak and im falling down
To take what was once so great
And to kill it then use it for bait
Is something only the devil would do
To show his true power to show he is true
Please give me your hand as I fall
for what is dying actually once stood tall
I would love to take this pain away
I keep my promise that I would stay
I hate this feeling of emptiness inside
But no way not a chance would I hide
I would face these demons and try my best
And kill them all before I would rest
Just don’t give up on me I beg u not
As I wont give up until they rot
I will conquer the fear and reap the rewards
And for once in my life I will be pulling the cords.
