Love Could Be Beautiful

by Kylie   Jul 18, 2006

Love is patient; love is kind,
It speaks with a soft heart,
And a caring mind.

It thinks of others; and never itself,
Basing friendships off character,
And never upon wealth.

Never judging the book by its cover,
Always looking deep into the heart,
Ever so preventing ways to tear it apart.

Love sees with the eyes,
Upon which others can not see,
Making life full of sweet simplicity.

Love binds together God's great book of life,
For love argues with its words,
And never a knife.

Love is like a puzzle,
Almost never complete,
Until the day; hate finds its defeat.

This great. I like how you did 3 verse rhyme. It's hard to do because it limits your words and it also causes forced rhyme but you did good. 5/5
