Oh how beautiful.
I liked the simplistic innocence of the lines, such as

I know I upset you and I'm sorry

There was something calm and tearful in that lines, that, well, really touched my heart.
It made me sad for you.

This is a really good poem...Not my favorite, but it's very heart warming and sad. I'm sorry you have to go through this..

Letting go is one of the hardest things to do. You always seem to grow so attached to a person and can't let go. To be honest, it's the best thing for you right now. It seems this person is putting you through a lot of pain, and you just need to let them go. Maybe now you can be happier. Hope all is well. Take care Nelle!

The last stanza seemed a little rocky and thrown together. I think that is the only thing you need to fix. You don't even have to fix it, it is just my opinion and I may be the only one who thinks that way.

It is a great poem and the emotions jumped out of it. Good job.
