A dove's fragile wings grace through the gentle breeze
Where the sun pours out it's mighty rays
And the majesty of the grass is a vibrant green
And the tree's in bloom showcase their beauty

Open your weary eyes
And try to fathom the incredibility
Let it take you worlds away
From all the storms

No clouds appear in front of you
It seems the sky has been painted a pastel blue
It's almost too amazing to be real
But at the same time, it's more geniune than anything ever felt

Reveal your scarred soul out into the atmosphere
Let it be known that you need to be healed
Cry every tear that helps melt away the pain
Destroy this boulder that blocks your view of serenity

Walk along the soft, fuzzy grass
Realize that each step is worth taking
And will eventually lead you to higher things
Though hills will disrupt your path from time to time

Detours surround you and you must be the holder of all desisions
Carefully look around and view all that lies in front of you
For you've already seen all that is behind you
You must travel far away but, take precautions

Now you are bewildered by the change of weather
Just don't let the drops of water become acid rain
For in time, you will be dry again and ready to strive through the forest
Then nothing you've gained can ever be lost

No power is relenquished
Nothing consuming you
No more drowning in an ocean of hate
No more barbed wire holding you back from your dreams
