Life Reflection (proud of this)

(Whilst rummaging in a drawer this morning i came across this poem and another that ill submit later im quite impressed with them considering they are rather old.)

What is this life we live?
What is there to be done?
A life without happiness,
Is over before its begun.

What is this destiny?,
That each of us must bear,
Living life without laughter,
Throwing minuits away without a care.

What is this breath we take?,
And do so all the while,
And we must cope and be nice to each other,
And to everyone we smile.

What is this path laid down?
For each of us to tread,
Walking through the tough times,
Not stopping until we are dead.

All the while we do this,
It was dead before we even start,
And one by one it kills us all,
And we are slowly torn apart.
