Our love

by Nelle   Jul 20, 2006

( I have never wrote a poem like this, either..So honest opinions would be great, and People the numbers are simply here to tell you how many times he did/said those things, so don't get confused )

One is for all of the times you left me by myself.
Two is for all the times you told me to leave.
Three is for all the times you kissed me that day.
Four is for all the times you made me believe.
Five is for all the times you held my hand.
Six is for all the times you really made me see.
Seven is for all the times you said you wanted to be with me.
Eight is for all the times you helped me up
Nine is for all the times you showed me the way its meant to be
Ten is for all the times you protected me
Eleven is for all the times you wiped my tears.
Twelve is for all the times you made me overcome my fears.
Thirteen is for all the times you held me close
Fourteen is for all the times you showed me what to do
Fifteen is for all the times you said I love you.

This is very good.. I loved it. I love the way that you did it, it was very unique and creative. I've never read a poem done that way before. It's a very sweet poem, and I just loved it. I really like the way that you ended it. It seemed to fit perfectly. Great job on this! 5/5 Keep it up!

Great concept. That was really well written, it would probably work better if you kept it at either hryming/non-rhyming rater than to chop and change between the two. Brilliantly penned.

    Peace. [Sole]
