How can she not care?

ok this is it i told her
how i feel but coming from
her it's not that big of a deal...
she said she cant live with
out it and she doesn't think
she can stop and she said
that if it wasn't for the blade
she would of already
dropped.
dropped to the floor with her
blade in her hand, felt like the
world was coming to a end.
with the blood draining out
of her as she realized what shes
done this is it I'm sorry I'm
saying shes won.
how can she not care when
she knows she means the world
theres so many things to learn
from this all you boys and girls...
i know that you all suffer and
hell yeah we all hurt but how can
you sit there and tell your best
friend that you don't care
anymore.?? you don't care about
their feelings, you don't care
about their hurt.?? how can you
just sit there and say "ooh its
nothing squirt..."??
i don't think you realize how truly
hurt i am .. for i tried to look out
for her and i tried to be a good
friend. but obviously it didn't work
and she obviously doesn't care so
this is my question, how could she
not care...?
