My only suggestion would be 'worry' instead of 'worries'. Small change but I didn't feel that the plural form was necessary. When talking in general, 'worry' is fine.

Fantastic job, by the way. I love how it's not necessarily a sad poem about crying over a lost love or something like that - just a deeper meaning kind of thing. Great job.
