Oh, this is so touching, and so powerful.

The idea of the angels crying is moving because we view them as being so strong, and untouchable, like they take away our pain and comfort us, and we forget to stop and think that they hurt too, and feel the pain of the world really.

I like warning in the first stanza where the birds fly off, this is usually because something is about to come that poses a threat to them and in this case it a storm approaching.

You have gave such a short, but accurate account for the storm, easy to imagine it. Then you end the poem with reinforcing that the angels have indeed been crying, and that is the water which is no falling from the sky.

Another beautiful write.
