Lonely Pain

by Tasha Caskey   Jul 22, 2006

She is never happy, and she never smiles.
Her whole life, is in denial.
She walks alone, down the school halls.
No friends to catch her, when she falls.
Dressed in black, with no color.
Darkness falls, as she smothers.
No one knows, anything about her.
There is no other way that she would prefer.
Her parents watch, as her life passes by.
They try to speak to her, but no reply.
She stays depressed, with no laughter.
Everyone else, walks right past her.
She's beginning to be teased, by all the others.
She now wishes, to be another.
She cries every night, as she cuts her arms.
Her razors and knives, are her only charms.
She hides her secrets, like it is nothing big.
She goes to the bathroom, and deep down she digs.
She did not come home from school one day,
her parents just worried for her to be okay.
They got a call, from the city cops.
From the news they heard, their hearts stop.
Their precious little girl has gone away,
to a better place for her to stay.
Tears of sorrow and hopeless pain,
them heartless kids should feel the shame.
No one got to know this sweet little girl,
but they had the time to take her out of this world.
