Emptyness

by fairylady   Jul 23, 2006

The darkness covers the sky,
As her tears fall to the floor, so does the rain drops of empty feelings
It fills the streets with fiery darkness with no tomorrow,
to spare the rays of light
She sits in that old empty beaten down shack
With a pistol & a few empty whiskey bottles by her side
After two bottles of drunken sarrowness
She closes her eyes & sees him
With a loving smile glowing eyes & a charming look,
but the more she wishes to be with him the closer she gets to death
As the pistol is aimed to her head she says good-bye
To this beautiful world, the clouds clear away
And the sun shines on that old beaten down shack
Rays of light shine through the boarded up windows
She is free and with him again...

=( this one got to me.. When you lose someone close to you, you lose part of yourself because when you love someone the amazing things about you that you dont see are brought out in the amazing person you meet.
although this is very tragic I can understand this girl's pain. Well written hun the emotions really came out in this.
