I sit here in wonder
In wonder what do I do next?
No one can decide that but me
But as I think of the one I have
And the one I had
It becomes clear that no matter what I do It will take time
To let the old past memories fade
While new ones replace the old ones, I can sit here and say I dont love you
But I know as well as my heart does that I do but not as I did then
I could of tried to fix us
Tried over and over until I became tired of trying but I knew we were falling and I couldnt do anything about it
As I look back I see I was once happy but I need to let you go
For ever and let us fade while I be happy with the life that stands before me with the one Im with now
