Second Chance

[05/23/06]

Just give me back 2 ounces of my life,

Maybe this time I\'ll get it right.

I\'ll fix all my bad decisions,

Stitch up all of these incisions.

Maybe I\'ll win this time,

I\'ll wait a little longer && he\'ll be mine.

I wont wonder about what,

I wont cut.

I will be all that i can be,

Daddy will be proud of me.

This could be the last dance,

But give me a second chance.

I\'ll do what they tell me to,

&& even though i don\'t know how, i\'ll pray to you.

I \'ll do all my work && never ask why,

I wear to you, I\'ll never cry.

I\'ll never break anymore glass,

All my razors will go in the trash.

I\'ll make him love me like no one else,

If you make him mine, all to myself.

I\'ll never make him cry again,

Maybe if i\'m perfect, i will win.

This is the last chance,

So give me a second chance.

I\'ll talk, I\'ll smile,

I\'ll sit && listen for a while.

I\'ll chill, I\'ll laugh,

I\'ll leave my past && never look back.

I\'ll live my life the way you want me to,

i\'ll live by the guidelines && destiny of you.

I\'ll live life with no regrets,

&& over him I wont fret.
