Not All Reasons Are Bad

by Raychil   Jul 24, 2006

She walks into the bar
Flips her hair and takes a seat
As she waits for a new guy
To have an offer she's willing to meet

She orders a shot of whiskey
Maybe she'll have a beer or two
Until a young man comes along
She knows just what to do

She smiles at him seductively
And of course he responds
She slowly wraps him in her grasp
In her twisted sexual bonds

She takes him back to her place
Where the deal is set
$150 for an hour
Alas her price is met

But when the game is ready to go
She can't help but want to cry
But she pulls herself out of thought
It's only one more guy

Their hour goes by slowly
He does as he pleases
While she's pretending to enjoy it
More of her heart freezes

Eventually their time is done
And he leaves to go home
While she lies in that apartment
Ashamed and all alone

Slowly she gets up
She holds her stomach tight
She should've know when her periods stopped
That something wasn't right

She'd gone to the doctor too late
An abortion could not be had
She wouldn't put it up for adoption
So she was left by the baby's dad

So now she's trying to raise money
She even has a job during the day
Her only hope is that her baby
Will never know she lived this way.
