Raining tears, Flowing Blood

by Catastrophic Beauty   Jul 24, 2006

She's staring out the shiny window pane,
At the clouds releasing their blast of rain.
And at the river below flowing so thick,
As the rain makes the water run so quick.

The rain seems like it never wants to stop,
And she's never seen so many raindrops.
The river seems like it continues to grow,
And she's never seen such a hurried flow.

But the odd thing is that it's not even rain,
It is actually her tears that her eyes drain.
And she's not looking out a shiny window,
But she's staring out of her silky eyes though.

There isn't any water that gushes rapidly,
It is her blood that's oozing out endlessly.
And there is not any river that increases,
It's the growing pain her wrist releases.
