Silence is Bliss

by Pondering Thoughts Of Nothing   Jul 25, 2006

The wind rustles the Autumn leaves
Which lie lifelessly on the ground.

I sit there
Absorbing the bliss
Of my very own company.

The beautiful ivy crawls up the fence
Creating a portrait of swirling lines.

And the weeping willow sings its song
Its sad sad song
Of glorious love Divine.

As I sit in the earthy sanctuary,
The rich dirt sifts through my fingers.

The wind blows
And i feel its soft kiss,

Its sweet sweet kiss

And it was then when i heard the silent sounds of nature.

Silence is bliss.

This is good, i'd just fix a couple of typos, like herd=heard, and silence IT bliss= silence IS bliss. i like the repetition you use in some parts, it adds to the feeling
