A heartfelt dedication to your firends. Not the best written poem I've read in a while, but this poems seems to be more about the emotion. I did steal this from 'dwelt' but poets have to learn somehow. If you'd like to make this more effective, find other ways to express feeling without overusing 'I' and 'we'. However, if this was simply a poem for emotion, you did very well.
