I think this princess made a mistake.
Her Prince Charming, her heart he'd break.
He always snuck around so secretively.
On the other side, he raised a family.
His love for her, he was pretending.
In this story there is no fairytale ending.
When she found out, she was in disbelief.
But she was stuck, she just couldn't leave.
She was forced to hide away these secrets for the rest of her life.
She no longer felt like a princess, just a second wife.
Even now she is still forced to obey.
She has to parade around, acting all day.
In the beginning everything used to seem so worth while.
Now no one seems to see passed her fake, pressed on smile.
So up inside her tower, the days she must spend.
And this is how this broken fairytale must end. -
