Man life span is but a mere breath
So i dedicate this breath to you
You have looked after me kept me in health
And showed that your love is true
You i give the praise to
Ever since i was seven
Your will i hope to do
And soon see you in heaven
Though sometimes I've begotten sin
My faith was no more
You was there for me although not seen
Your love will never die that i know
When i was going through bad days
People started to turn on me
You helped me change my bad ways
Always there to comfort me
Though my mother& father can disown
That you'll never do
As in the bible it is sworn
Your words are proved to be true
In the morning when i pray
I know that your listening
I ask for you to keep me safe through the day
And keeping me from sinning
