Salvaged

(based on own life events)

A boy wandering, feeling lost and hopeless.
No matter what he tried to do to bring himself happiness, it always ended up in failure.
He tried to get what he saw was the best in quality, yet he was never happy with it.
He blamed himself for his unhappiness, thinking he had no option, and was bound to the life he leaded.
This boy felt as though he was stranded in darkness, but he wanted a way out. So this boy sought a way to escape from his prison, from all that brought him sorrow.
As he explored uncharted possibilities, he found nothing but more darkness.
Everything seemed hopeless...until he looked at his life back wards.
He figured, if nothing good seemed to come his way looking forward, then why not look what was behind him.
So this boy looked back upon his past, he searched and search, and found nothing...Until he remembered that one person.
The moment she came to mind, a faint light appeared in his heart slowly growing darker.
With the courage that came with this light, he decide to confront her and tell her how he felt.
The reaction that she gave him back was unexpected, yet it was one that brought him more hope, and at the same made the light consume all the darkness that was surrounding him.
He now is grateful of this girl, and wishes her to stay in his life..
