Angel From My Nightmare

-x- i changed how i wrote after awhile, rhyming isn't my style, i guess, but i still can write poetry well.. kinda long, but enjoy -x-

Lost in the night, being devoured by darkness, losing control, and falling unconscious.

I wake up, to find, I'm in a new place, I get up, and swagger around, leave in hast.

I don't know where I am, or how I got here, I run in circles, shedding some tears.

I don't know where to turn, or where to hide, is what I say, as my eyes open wide.

The evil comes and tells me my fate, saying I'm to become, the princess of the devil, sitting by his side, not leaving an inch, being all good, but being quite evil. Hoping for freedom, I sit on my throne, watching all these evil spirits, bow down to me, I shiver hoping, for hope to come, before the evil, devours me. I search the dark ceiling looking for a Saviour, hoping for help, not wanting to have to marry, the devil's son, wishing against dread, that I'll be safe soon. I see no sign of what can help me, abandoned, lonely, and turning more evil, I watch the spirits bow down again, I get a thrill, loving their pain. HELP!, I cry, wishing not to turn evil, nothing can save me now, I shake my head, hoping to rid the feeling, that I'll be here for ever. A thought drags across my mind, we were created for a reason, and yours is to rule, with me forever, my love. The devil's son, did he put that there? I turn and watch the spirits a bit more, loving their pain more and more each second. This is what they wanted, I say to myself, for me to enjoy what I'll soon rule, enjoying the torcher of others, and to become what they need, to over rule, the upper world. I close my eyes, and look to the ceiling, open my eyes, and see hope, I had once lost. My human lover, from the upper world, my lover from heaven. He comes to me, and grabs me away, pulls me up, and we escape together. I turn to him, and whisper in his ear, Hello there, the angel from my nightmare.
