Theres this anger inside me,
thats building up,
day after day,
and I'm afraid if i don't get out,
and have some time to breathe,
that i might just explode,
cause some harm to someone i love,
cuz i cant take this anymore,
i cant stand one more day,
of picture perfect me,
i wanna let my hair down,
and scream at the top of my lungs,
i wanna dance in the rain,
and watch the mascara fall down my face,
i wanna feel alive,
instead just the nine to five,
I'm so sick of this life i lead,
so I'm changing it today,
tossing away the fake smiles,
throwing away that perfect face,
watch as i dance,
dance to the beat,
and sing to the skies,
totally off key,
right now i don't care,
cuz this picture perfect life,
is not the life for me.
