O.T.L

You crafted my lust and desire

Into love and need

To hold you in my arms

And to be the only one you see

But through this transformation

Little things went wrong

And so I'm left hear writing

Words for an unsingable song

The pitch will never be right

And the chorus doesn't flow

It can only be seen in the dark of night

And the words go just a little to slow

The song the words the poem itself

Altered by your mind

Broken down by heart

And you ruined the love of mine

So I keep writing

Hoping that one day

Someone can sing the words

That I could never say

Awe, this is beautifully sad. The flow was good on this one. Good job!

I really really liked this poem. It was very thoughtful. Sounds liek it could even be made into a good song.
    Just a thought.
Keep up with the good work
