Alone

She thinks hes there
her only good friend
but she has wounds not
even he cannot mend
the pain she feels
all alone at meals
and at church she kneels
and tries to tell him
what is wrong
but he rejects her
like a bad song
the voices tell her
he isn't real
and she begins to break
like a wax seal
three days later
shes dead like in war
but she feels more alive
than ever before
