The Crimson Consequences

by Ashley   Jul 30, 2006

Push it down
pull it back
watch it bleed
this is what i need
watch it trickle
hear it drop
feel the relief
it\'s because you gave me grief
i hope you\'re happy
it\'s not my fault
yes, i\'m a lesbian
i\'m also a HOMOsapien
just because i\'m your daughter
doesn\'t mean it can\'t happen
but now i\'m watching my veins flatten
this is because of you
this is what you\'ve done
if only you would accept me
then this crimson puddle would not be
tell me you love me NOW

Oh, wow. Very dark and... angsty. I don't know how to explain it. I think the poem is very good.
