Suicide

by Emily Strickland   Mar 3, 2004

Nobody Seems To Notice
That Shes Even There
No One In Her Life
Really Seems To Care

Deep Down Inside
She Feels So Alone
She Has To Go Out
And Face Everyday On Her Own

All Of Her Pain
No One Will Ever Know
She Often Thinks
About Letting It All Go

She Writes Her Last Letter
Filling Up Every Line
Then She Stands Up
Thinking Now Is The Time

Three Hours Later
Mom Finds The Note By Her Side
Its Too Late To Help Her
Shes Committed Suicide

Tears Start To Flow Down
Its Hard For Her To Breathe
As She Opens Up The Letter
And Inside It Reads

Mom I Am Sorry
That I Had To Go Like This
But I Just Had To Do It
Death Was My Only Wish

No More Will I Be
Reminded Of My Past
The Hurt And The Pain
Will No Longer Last

As My Body
Is Laid To Rest
Please Just Know
It Was For The Best
