I sit here crying
Thinking of back then
Taking myself through the memories
Of way back when
The holding hands
The long night talks
The beautiful love
That midnight walk
Now depressed and alone
I cry out "Why?!?"
I wish i could stop the misery
I just want to die
I think of the times
We spent together
I remember thinking
We'd be together forever
I taught you to let go
You taught me to love
I just wish I'd receive
A sign from above
I wish we could work again
Though it doesn't always show
I wanted to make you see i still love you
I just needed you to know

    I like this poem. It's shows the agony of someone you loved that you lost. I like the rhyming touches you put in it. Good job, keep it up.
