What you say is so true - depression is an evil twisted person. the message is driven across very well through the poem.

Well you asked me for an opinion, so I'll give it:

As a depression sufferer this rings true, so kudos to you for honesty and intergity. But unfortunately this poem is also littered with grammatical and spelling errors, which is something of a pet hate of mine as I find the purity of language to be an essential force in all poetry. Even dialiectized poetry.

I also feel the way you ended the poem looked rushed and I didn't feel you really expressed the condition that well by describing it as a person. I have never considered it so, and you didn't do much to explain what you felt.

I hope this is the kind of constructive criticism you're looking for.
